Hence, to improve them, gemstones of Fifth as well as Ninth house lord should be worn.
There are certain houses that affects Ascendant House in some way. Such as Maraka Houses (2nd and 7th Houses), Trik Houses (3rd, 6th and 11th Houses) and Death House (8th House), which are not considered good for Ascendant House. Therefore, gemstones of these house lords should be avoided.

Precious Stones
Precious gemstones are expensive, and of superlative, best and good quality. Since they preserve quality, their effects are swift and strong. They are also used for healing and spiritual practices. Rich people use these gemstones as jewelries. Some examples of precious stones are Diamond or Sapphire, Yellow Sapphire, Blue Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald.
Semi-Precious
Stones Gemstones that are not much expensive and can be worn in place of precious stones as substitutes, are called semi-precious stones. These are also effective and bestow desired results after wearing in a proper way. These stones can also be adorned as jewelries. A few examples of semi-precious stones are Red Coral, Pearl, Hessonite, Cat’s Eye, Turquoise, Onyx, Agate, Labradorite, Amber, Quartz and Lapis Lazuli.
